QUILOTOA DAY TOUR

Nearby the Andean Mountains, there is emerald color lagoon, located inside a volcano crater with a height
of 3800m named Quilotoa. The drive passes through Zumbahua canyon and tons of indigenous towns &
farmlands. We will have a visit to either Saquisilí (Thursdays), Zumbahua (Saturdays) or Pujilí (Sundays)
indigenous market. For lunch, we headed to one of the cabins of the indigenous families of Quilotoa. This
tour includes a bilingual guide. The climate in Quilotoa is very unpredictable, so we recommend that you
prepare with warm and waterproof clothing. Please acclimatize in the viewpoint for a moment we will be
located at a height of 3800 m approximately and in this way we can continue with our Tour.
Take into account each of the indications in the guide, the descent to the lagoon lasts approximately 30
minutes. You can enjoy the emerald color of its waters. You can also kayak for an extra value that does not
include in this excursion the estimated price of $ 3.50 per person for half an hour of navigation.
